Hair restoration is the process of transplanting hair follicles from one area
of the scalp to another. Hairs from the back of the head are most often used
as this area has the highest number of DHT-resistant follicles available. The
donor area, when done properly, should not have excessive scaring and should
not be detectable without inspection.
