We get feedback about our books through the Amazon review system and also directly from customers, because we include our email address and ask for suggestions in every book we publish. The feedback helps us learn what matters most to our customers with regard to particular books, and also helps us find new ways to improve our books and make them as readable and useful as possible on each new generation of the Kindle.
