to offering book collections on DVD as well.

Since January 1994, has published a free electronic newsletter, Internet-on-a-Disk,
which discusses Internet trends and points to Internet resources for business,
education, and the blind. It is frequently cited as one of the best resources
for education and for the blind (who can "read" electronic texts with computer
devices that provide voice output). In February 2006 began posting that
same kind of content in a blog -- "Blogging About Books" http://www.samizdat.com/blog

was named one of the top 50 in the world by Net Guide magazine (September
1995), the best personal Web page of 1995 by Internet World Magazine (January
1996), and rated four stars by Magellan. Here you'll see the Internet the
way it was and should be: useful information for free, with no advertising,
and no annoying graphics or glitz. Uses content to build traffic for this
Web site, which serves as a sandbox to test Internet marketing ideas (now
over over half a million pages views/month, by over 150,000 visitors/month.)
