biggest headache faced --not enough $--need more sponsors

most gratifying moment -- When other Web Marketers ask for more info, give feedback etc. It meeans they are reading it

wish list (what you want to do to make your site even more successful, and what you need for that) -- Need sponsors to be able to insaill search engines, chats, etc.
