• Loaner Program Manager - Telecommunication Business Division, Partner Services  2000 - 2003
• Managed the global Telecommunication Business Unit $4.5M loaner program (included working with the Account/Partner managers to ensure correct configurations, placement of equipment and end-of-life strategies).
• Provided management, Account/Partner managers and Finance program cost reports.
• Department MIS Manager - Technical Consultant, Internet Business Group (IBG) 1994 - 2000
• Provided desktop/laptop and remote access and mobility strategies, solutions and support. Recommended software and hardware configurations and acquisitions (including costs, return on investment, depreciation, etc.). Developed and implemented training plans for end-users.
• Managed a high availability, high capacity department file, print and webserver for the US-based Internet Service Providers Group. This server contained personal and confidential department files. Evaluated performance and capacity and improved bottlenecks. Evaluated and implemented anti-virus procedures and tools to minimize virus impact on group.
• Relocated IBG users, desktops, printers and server from Littleton to Marlboro facility without any loss of data.
• Responsible for asset management of employee desktop/mobile/home systems, system engineering lab equipment, partner/customer development systems and event (trade shows, seminars, etc.) systems.
• Technical Consultant, Purchasing Information Services Group - 1990 - 1994
• Created/maintained web home pages and web business cards for Communications Vice President and staff.
• Co-authored the Internal Controls Template as a member of G&A/IM&T Internal Business Controls task force.
• Provided technical and administrative guidance for G&A/IM&T manager in the areas of Asset Management, Multivendor Customer Service agreements (for hardware and Hotsite), Contingency Planning.  Designed/Developed/Maintained Policies and Procedures.
